บ้านสุโขทัย

โครงการบ้านสุโขทัย สถานที่ตั้งของโครงการ ตั้งอยู่ติดกับวังวาริชเวสม์ ซึ่งมีรูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรม early industrial เป็นอาคารหลังแรกๆ ในช่วงของการเปลี่ยนยุคทางสถาปัตยกรรมในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 7 ที่ดินขนาดประมาณ 1 ไร่ สำหรับบ้าน 2 หลัง ที่เจ้าของพอใจในรูปแบบ Revival style ของ Georgian house และ Neoclassic ทั้ง 2 รูปแบบจึงถูกศึกษา ทั้งในเรื่องการใช้พื้นที่แบบตะวันตกมาประยุกต์ใช้กับทิศทางและภูมิอากาศของจะวันออกเขตร้อน
