บ้านเสรีไทย เจ้าของบ้านพักอาศัยที่นี่มานานกว่า40 ปี รูปแบบการใช้ชีวิตต่างไปจากเดิมพอสมควร จึงอยากทำบ้านใหม่ และเพิ่มเติมส่วนออฟฟิดให้ลูกสาวด้านหน้า โดยอ้างอิงผังจากฮวงจุ้ยที่ซินแซกำหนดให้ งานแรกที่เริ่มคือการวาง layout ให้สอดคล้องกับผังฮวงจุ้ย สามารถจอดรถได้มากขึ้น และหลบต้นไม้ที่มีค่าต่อเจ้าของบ้าน รูปแบบบ้านหลังนี้เป็นการผนวกแนว Retro กึ่ง Modern ที่จากเจ้าของบ้านชอบเป็นพิเศษ และ เนื่องจากฮวงจุ้ยเป็น main concept หลักของการทุบเพื่อสร้างใหม่ ตัวเลขมงคล จึงเป็น critical point ของหลักการออกแบบ เช่น พื้นชั้น 1 ต้องสูงกว่า พื้นดินที่จอดรถ 1.68 เมตร เราจึงออกแบบ ramp ให้กลมกลืนไปกับตัวอาคารและไม่เห็นเด่นชัดนัก ขนาดประตูแต่ละบานก็พิเศษ เช่น กว้าง 98 ซม สูง 198/208 ซม ในขณะที่บานประตูมาตรฐาน อยู่ที่กว้าง 90/100 ซม สูง 2.05 เมตร บางครั้งเราก็จำเป็นต้องขอความร่วมมือให้ซินแสช่วยปรับฮวงจุ้ยหรือหาทางประณีประนอมการใช้พื้นที่ หากเรื่องการสัญจรหรือความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงพื้นที่เป็นหลักสำคัญ ทั้งนี้ยังมีการวางตำแหน่งห้องสำคัญให้สามารถดูแลความปลอดภัยได้ทั่วทั้งบ้านโดยไม่ต้องใช้ CCTV อีกด้วย

Serithai Residence

Following shifting lifestyles of homeowners, over 40-year-old building has been renovated with a home office unit added at the front area of the residence. Not only intertwining the Modern Retro-style architecture with the principles of Feng Shui, the new layout of revamped residence has also been made to cater to more parking spaces.

Meanwhile, the meticulous architecture design is made to ensure the old, existing trees which have sentimental value for homeowners remain intact. By taking the principles of Feng Shui as the main concept for renovation, auspicious numbers in numerology have been incorporated,

while the ramp is designed to seamlessly blend with the building to enable the maximum convenience for residences.

In addition, thanks to a well thought-out floor plan design of the new building, residents can rest assured of their utmost safety without the use of CCTV.
